ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

3. Install the mounting screws (DD) into the outer holes in

the mounting bracket (BB). Then, attach the mounting

bracket (BB) to the outlet box (not included) using the

outlet box screws (EE).

4. Wrap the bare/green (ground) supply wire around the

ground screw preassembled to the mounting bracket

(BB). Tighten ground screw to secure the bare/green

(ground) supply wire to the mounting bracket (BB).

5. Secure all wiring connections together with wire connectors

(AA) according to the diagram and these steps:

• Connect the bare copper wire from the ceiling plate

(A) to the bare/green (ground) supply wire.

• Connect the two white wires from the ceiling plate (A)

to the white (neutral) supply wire.

• Connect the two black wires from the ceiling plate (A)

to the black (hot) supply wire.

Important: If supply wires are different colors than

referred to above, a professional electrician should

determine proper wiring.
