2 Sheets 3/4” thick 4x8’ veneer core hardwood plywood

1 Sheet 1/4” think 4x8’ veneer core hardwood plywood

8 Hinges (such as Liberty Hardware Euro 100 hinges available at The Home Depot.)*

4 Knobs or pulls

6 Nail-on glides

1 Roll matching edgebanding (such as BAND-IT iron on wood veneer edgebanding available

through special order at the Home Depot.)*

1 Pocket Hole Jig (such as Kreg Jig Mini available at The Home Depot.)*

1 Bottle wood glue

* Please follow the installation instructions of the hinge and edging manufacturers.

HDTV Stand - Instructions Step 1 Cut and Drill Parts Figure A: Example of Pocket Holes • Cut all parts to overall size. See Cut Lists on pages 2-3. • Assembly of this piece uses “pocket hole” construction. Follow manufacturer’s instructions for aligning and drilling pocket holes. We suggest Kreg Jig Mini. See Figure A. • Cut rabbets and drill holes as required on individual components. Figure B: Top Surface Radius, Rabbet and Dowel Holes • Drill (9) ¼” holes for dowels in the top panel (1/2” deep).

See Figure F. • Note: Center Support Panel does not get a Rabbet groove. It is 1/4” smaller than Left and Right Supports to allow for the back panel.
