• Failure to remove or unplug product prior to driving RV off camp site; and,
• Failure to ensure pedestal plug is clean and maintains a snug fit when you plug in, and make
sure your cord is clean when plugging into the portable units.
PROCEDURES FOR RETURNING UNITS FOR REPAIR
1. Contact PII Customer Service at 919.267.6964 prior to returning any product.
2. Provide a copy of the original, dated purchase receipt or registration form, a written
description of the problem and any error codes that were displayed.
3. Include return shipping information: Name, address, phone number and email.
4. Package product appropriately and ship product postage paid to PII.
5. Return shipping fees are covered under your Lifetime Warranty policy and are paid by PII.
6. Portable units must be free of any personal locks and/or chains.
