The control panel must be connected to specified heating unit with matching colours of connectors, to avoid possible hazard. WARNING: The appliance and its accessible parts become hot during use. Progress Oven function Application Turbo Grilling To roast larger meat joints or poultry with bones on one shelf position. Also to make gratins and to brown. True Fan Cooking / Defrost To bake on up to three shelf positions at the same time and to dry food. Set the temperature 20 - 40 °C lower than for Top / Bottom Heat. This function can be used for defrosting frozen foods, such as vegetables and fruits. The defrosting time depends on the amount and size of the frozen food.

Progress 23 Cleaning the oven door The oven door has two glass panels. You can remove the oven door and the internal glass panel to clean it. The oven door can close if you try to remove the internal glass panel before you remove the oven door. CAUTION! Do not use the appliance without the internal glass panel. 1. Progress 27 The appliance has a six-pole terminal board. The jumpers (bridges) are set for operation on a 400 V three-phase with a neutral wire. N 4 = neutral cable = earth cable If the mains voltage is different, rearrange the jumpers on the terminal board (refer to the connection diagram below). Connect the ground cable to the terminal. After you connect the supply cable to the terminal board, attach it with a junction clamp.
