Q: Why does the tablet sometimes respond slowly?
A: This is caused by the system loading delay. To addresses it:
1) Please wait for 1-2 minutes until all the program completed running before operating the
tablet.
2) When quit some APP, it is still running in the backstage, occupying the ROM, then the reaction
might be slow. Please kindly clear up the APPs not in use.
3). When synchronized social account information, please refuse to synchronize the message in
case too many messages rush in, causing the slow.

Q: Why sometimes the keys do not respond?
A: Please press the button slightly. When turn on the tablet, please slightly hold the power
button for 5 seconds. To activate the screen, please slightly press the power button for 1 time.
To adjust the volume, please slightly press the volume+/- button for 1 time.
