Q1: How to avoid slow tablet response?

1) Please wait for 1-2 minutes until all the program completed running before operating the

tablet.

2) When quit some APP, it is still running in the backstage, occupying the ROM, then the reaction

might be slow. Please kindly clear up the APPs not in use.

3) When synchronized social account information, please refuse to synchronize the message in

case too many messages rush in, causing the slow.

Q2: Why sometimes the keys do not respond?

A: Please press the button slightly. When turn on the tablet, please slightly hold the power

button for 5 seconds. To activate the screen, please slightly press the power button for 1 time.

To adjust the volume, please slightly press the volume+/- button for 1 time.

Q3: The camera was not working.

A1: When use the camera for the first time, you will need to permit the camera to be accessible.

Otherwise the camera will not be able to be used. If you need to use the camera in the

afterwards use, please go to the Setting-Camera to enable the camera, after that the system will

enable the camera to be used.

Q4: How to make the battery last longer?

A1: Continuous use of device generally lasts about 3-4 hours. Turn off the WI-FI selection when

WI-FI is not used.

A2: Please close background running when not using APP.

A3: Do not adjust the volume and screen brightness to maximum.

A4: Do not use while charging.

Q5: What apps can I download?

All apps that support downloading in the Google Store can be downloaded (except for those that

require payment or copyright).

Q6: Why does the setting display flash.

A: If you enables the "Show surface updates" function under the developer options in the

settings. It will detect the screen and flash, just turn it off.

Q7: Why can’t not turn on the tablet?

A: The battery of some tablets have been draining out during transportation, just charge the

tablet after receiving it.
