Theseprogramsallowyoutoachieveyourtargetedheartratebychanging
resistancelevelsandbychangingthestridespeed.
(1)TargetHeartRates:
WTLOSS:65%HeartrateControl=(220-AGE)*65
CARDIO:80%HeartrateControl=(220-AGE)*80
(2)Intheseprograms,ifnoHeartRatesignalisdetectedduringtheworkout,a
message"NOHEARTRATEREADING,PLEASECHECKTRANSMITTER"will
appearonthescreen.Theprogramwillnotchangethelevelofresistanceunder
thiscircumstance;onlymanualadjustmentscanbemadeatthistime.
(3)Onceyouenteracardioprogram,thefollowingfiguresappear:
(4).PresetvaluesincluderesistanceLevel1and50RPM.Theseprogramswill
detecttheuser'sheartrateandadjustresistancelevelsaccordingly.Youare
encouragedtospeedupuntilyoureachthesuggestedRPM.
(5)Whentheworkouttimeexpires,theunitentersCOOLDOWNmode.
ZONETRAINERmakesyourpresentheartratethetargetheartrate.Simplystart
exercisinginanyprogram.Obtainaheartrate.AndpressZONETRAINERtomake
thatheartrateyourtargetheartrate.Resistancelevelswillchangetohelpyou
exerciseatthetargetheartrate.
(1)TheZONETRAINERbuttoncanonlybeactivatedduringaprogramworkout;it
cannotbeaccessedatanyothertime.Theheartratedetectedwhenyoupress
ZONETRAINERmustbegreaterthan84.
(2)FollowtheguidelinesdescribedinWTLOSS/CARDIOprograms.
(3)COOLDOWNmodeisactivatedwhentheZONETRAINERworkouttime
expires.
