PROGRAMOVERVIEW
Theprogramsofferchallengesforalltypesoffitnessenthusiasts.Insomecases,
therearemultipleprogramsperprogrambutton.
OneLAPoftheTrackProgramis400meters(approximately0.25miles).The
resistancelevelandthestridelengthcanbeadjustedmanuallyduringthisprogram.
TheGluteProgramexercisesthegluteusmusclegroupofthebody.Therearethree
differentexerciseillustrationsbuiltintothisprogram;presstheprogrambuttonto
togglethroughthethreeprograms.PressENTERtoconfirmyourselection.
RandomProgramcontainsaninfinitenumberofprograms.Continuetopressthe
programbuttonuntilyoufindyourpreferredcourse.PressENTERtoconfirmyour
selection.
INTERVALcoursesarebasedonWORKandRESTsections.Eachsectionprovides
differenttimeandresistanceleveltraining.SetupyourRESTTIME,RESTLEVEL,
WORKTIME,andWORKLEVELrespectively.PressENTERtoconfirmyour
selectionsandstartyourworkout.
Youcanadjusttheresistancelevelduringyourworkoutinanysection.Thedisplay
willkeepyouradjustmentsactiveforthedurationofthatsection.Onceyouenterthe
nextsection,theoriginalvalueswillreturn.
TheVari-Strideprogramisbasedondifferentcoursesofstridelengthandworkout
time.Therearethreeworkoutdurationsfromwhichtochoose:20,30,and40
minutes.

(2)Everycoursecontains40flashingdots:
VARI-STRIDE20:20-minutecourse;eachdotrepresents30secondsoftime.

VARI-STRIDE40:40-minutecourse;eachdotrepresents60secondsoftime.
ThisprogramallowsyoutoadjustthestridelengthbypressingSTRIDE/keys.
