programLEDwilllightup.PressENTERtogototheTIMEsetting.Pressany/
keytoestablishaworkoutduration.PressENTERtostartyourworkout.
Notes:(1)TheVari-Strideprogramprovidesthreedifferenttimesettings:20minutes,
30minutes,and40minutes.Afterestablishingtheworkoutduration,
pleasesetupthemaximumstridelength.Whenyoustartyourworkout,
timebeginstocountdown.
(2)TheIntervalProgramrequiresthatyouestablishyourRESTTIME,REST
LEVEL,WORKTIME,andWORKLEVELrespectively.PressENTERto
confirmyourselectionsandstartyourworkout.
(3)ZoneTrainerisaspecialprogramthatcanonlybeactivatedduringyour
workout.Pleasereferto"ProgramOverview"formoredetails.
Onceaworkoutiscompleted,themessage"ACCUDATA"appearswith
accumulatedworkoutdata,includingtime,distance,andcalories.Anothermessage
"COOLDOWN"appearsandtimecountsdownfrom2:00to0:00,afterwhichthe
displayshowsthestartupbanner.
Thedotmatrixwindowthenshows"SELECTPROGRAM".ProgramLED'swillflash.
YoucanalsopressQUICKSTARTagaintobeginaworkoutortoenteruser
information.
(1)Theresistancelevelandthestridelengthcanbechangedanytimeduring
theworkout.
(3)Whentimeiscountingup,youcanchangeyourprogram.Timecontinuesto
countupandworkoutdatakeepsaccumulating.
(4)IfyouhaveenteredUserinformationandatimeperiodhasbeensetupasthe
workoutgoal,youcanstillchangeyourprogramselectionsduringtheworkout.
Workoutdatawillcontinuetoaccumulate.
