1.CHANGE:
TogglefromonerowofinformationtoanotherbypressingtheChangebutton.
TheupperLEDlightstoindicatethedisplayofvaluesforWorkoutLevel,Calories,
Time,andStrideLength.ThelowerLEDlightstoindicateadisplayofvaluesfor
Distance,Cal/HR,Strides/Min,andTotalStrides.InScanmode,the
correspondingLEDflash,andthedisplayalternatesfromonerowofinformation
toanotherroweverysixseconds,whilenotinscanmode,thecorrespondingLED
lightup.
2.QUICKSTART:
PressQUICKSTARTtoimmediatelystartexercising,withoutfirstinputtinguser
information.InQuickStartmode,timeanddistancecountup.
3.START:
PresstheSTARTbuttontoactivateprogramsafterenteringuserinformation.
Inputtinguserinformationresultsinmoreaccurateheartratetargetsandcalorie
counts.
4.PROGRAMS:
ProgrambuttonsincludeTRACK,GLUTE,RANDOM,INTERVAL,VARI-STRIDE,
WTLOSS,CARDIO,ZONETRAINER.Pressoneprogrambuttontoinitiateyour
workout.ThecorrespondingLEDwilllightup.
5.ENTER:
Pressentertoconfirmyourselection.
6.WORKOUTLEVEL(UP&DOWN):
Pressthesebuttonstoadjustthelevelofresistance.Toincreaseordecrease
adjustmentsrapidly,holdeitherbuttondown.
7.STRIDELENGTH(UP&DOWN):
Pressthesebuttonstoadjustthestridelength.Toincreaseordecrease
adjustmentsrapidly,holdeitherbuttondown.
8.STOP/HOLDTORESET:
Pressthisbuttontopauseinmidworkoutortogobacktotheinitialstartupscreen
andchangeyourworkoutprogramming.Thisbuttonactsdifferentlydependingon
themodebywhichyoustartedyourexerciseprogram.IfyoupressedQUICK
STARTtostartexercising,thenpressSTOPtostopandgototheinitialstartup
screen.IfyoupressedSTARTandentereduserinformationtostartexercising,
