HOW TO CONNECT YOUR HOME STEREO
Note: If your stereo has an unused LINE OUT jack,
see instruction A below. If the LINE OUT jack is
being used, see instruction B.
A, Plug one end of the audio cable into the jack on the
front ofthe treadmillnear the powercord. Plug the
otherend ofthe cable intothe includedadapter.
Plugthe adapter intothe LINE OUT jack on your
stereo,

B. Plugone end ofthe audio cable intothe jack on the
front ofthe treadmillnear the powercord. Plug the
otherend of the cable intothe includedadapter.
Plugthe adapter intoan RCA Yoadapter(available
at electronicsstores). Next, remove the wire that is
currentlyplugged intothe LINE OUT jack on your
stereo and plugthe wire into the unused side of the
Y-adapter. Plugthe Y-adapter intothe LINE OUT
jack on your stereo.

HOW TO CONNECT YOUR COMPUTER
Note: ff your computer has a 3.5mm LINE OUT jack,
see instruction A. If your computer has only a
PHONES jack, see instruction B.
A. Plug one end of the audiocable intothejack on the
front ofthe treadmillnear the power cord. Plug the
otherend ofthe cable intothe LINE OUT jack on
your computer.

B. Plug one end of the audiocable intothe jack on the
frontofthe treadmillnear the power cord. Plug the
other end ofthe cabte intoa 3.SmmY-adapter
(available at electronicsstores). Plug the Y-adapter
into the PHONES jack on your computer. Plugyour
headphones or speakers into the other side of the
Y-adapter.
