OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT THE PERFORMANT LUBE TM WALKING BELT Your treadmill features a walking belt coated with PERFORMANT LUBE TM, a high-performance lubricant. IMPORTANT: Never apply silicone spray or other substances to the walking belt or the walking platform. Such substances will deteriorate the walking belt and cause excessive wear. This product is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit, and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in drawing 1 below.

STEP-BY-STEP CONSOLE OPERATION Before operating the console, make sure that the on/off switch near the begin walking. INCLINE seven seconds each time the incline is adjusted.
HOWTO To use i-Fit.corn videos, you must connect the treadmill to your VCR or TV. To do this, follow steps A to C below. Use only a UL-listed surge protector, rated at 15 amps, with a 14-gauge cord of five feet or less in length. b, If the walking belt is overtightened, treadmill performance may decrease and the walking belt may become damaged.
