Unfoldthetreadmillbyturningtheknobcounterclockwiseandthenpulltheknobto
release.
Putdownthetreadmillveryslowlyuntilthetreadmillissteadyonthefloor(seeFig.
13).
DONOTSTANDONTHEBELTWHENSTARTING.
Thesafetykeyisrequiredtooperatethetreadmill.Thesafetykeyshouldbeusedas
anemergencystopbyclippingthecordtoyourexerciseclothing.Besuretoremove
thesafetykeyfromyourexerciseclothingafteryouhavefinishedyourworkout,and
placeittothekeypositionforyourconvenienceorstoreinasafeplaceto
avoidusebychildrenorpersonsunfamiliarwiththistreadmill.
Turnonthepowerswitchlocatedonthefrontofthetreadmill.Placethesafetykey
intothe"SAFETYKEY"positionontheelectronicspackageinorderfortheunitto
function.
