Proflex
TM
Elastomeric self-bonding membranes are composite underlayment consisting of petroleum and
rubber based products laminated to a high-strength reinforcing facer fabric. The product has excellent
strength and elongation properties designed to be used in a variety of building and remodeling applications.
Proflex
TM
membranes can be used in limited waterproofing applications. The waterproofing feature helps
prevent water intrusion (that is, water from above) from penetrating to the substrate below. Waterproofing
membranes are part of the entire waterproofing system and building envelope protection.
