TOUGH MATERIALS
The handle is made from grip-friendly glass fiber.
It is resistant to tough handling and high
temperatures. It has a slight waistline for better grip.
HARD ENOUGH
Softer steel is more forgiving if you should happen to
cut into bone or to bend the blade, while harder steel
can be honed to greater sharpness. The steel in your
knife is medium hard from Sandvik, 12c27 SanEdge™,
56–58 HRC.
