Tighten the remaining hardware on the stand until the lock washers are fully seated
and the hardware is tight.
Install the Mandrel into the stand towers
Adjust the mandrel towers as necessary so that they are straight and provide about
1/8 -3/16” between the left tower and the left hub of the mandrel.
