9.3 INTERPHONE stand position
The interphone microphone stand must be set on a stable plan and in the front-office personnel side.
SuchmicrophonestationmustbesettoallowaneasyoperatoraccesstothedifferentkeysFig.5.
The external power supply unit must be set close to a main power supply source and to the glass counter
and preferably automatic switch purposes protected.
9.4 SETTING AND ADJUSTMENT
Setting level
Ontherearmicrophonedeskstationarepresentvolumetrimmercontrolforbothsides.Front-ofce
personnelandcustomer:keys12 and 13.
Key 11correspondstothetrimmerforVOXinterventionadjustmentlevel
INCOM system is supplied by the producer with standard factory adjustments. If necessary during
the installation further adjustments can be carried to ensure the best performance and acoustic
system efficiency .
Toensuresuchadjustment,positionupthe3trimmerscursorwhilespeakingat20/25cmusingthe
customer side microphone , set slowly toward left the trimmer cursor 11 VOX. Ensure that all the words
pronounced are perfectly audible without sentences loose or dispersion.
Set finally trimmer 12 and 13 to ensure a sufficient volume level for both side front-office personnel and for
thecustomerkeepingasfaraspossiblecriticalacousticconditionduetoLARSENeffect.
