Operating suggestions
If the microphone is placed too close to speaker or its capsule is oriented towards a speaker,
it could generate feedback (Larsen effect). Avoid placing the microphone too close to the
speaker, and avoid orienting its capsule toward the speaker. IF, despite these practises, you
hear feedback, please lower speaker volume.
It’s important to keep the anti-pop foam clean; foreign particles on the foam could modify
frequency response. Periodically wash the anti-pop foam using warm water with mild soap,
rinse the foam with clean water, then let the foam dry thoroughly before placing it again on the
microphone.
Due to the microphone’s very high sensitivity, be careful the microphone isn’t dropped and
avoid shock, as it could be damaged.
In order to maintain sensitivity and performance, avoid exposing the microphone to moisture
or high temperatures.
Use new batteries of high quality only; the use of discharged and/or low quality batteries could
cause leakage of chemical substances that could damage the unit.
