MemoryStructure
TheDSO480 havetheirmemoriessplitintosections,allowingindependentrecallofcrossoversettings(i.e.all
parametersassociatedwithoutputs),andinputsettings.
Thereare,therefore,twotypesofmemoryavailable–INPUTandCROSSOVER
These,andallcombinationsofmemorytypes,appearintheGLOBALMEMORYSubMenu,andits
operationwa
rrantsalittlemoreexplanation.
SelectingtoStoreorRecallusingtheGlobalMemoryoptionoffersthepossibilityofstoringvarious
combinationsoftheavailablememorytypes,andtheseareselectedusingtheBACKandNEXTkeys.
Toexplainhowthisallworks,pleaseconsiderthefollowingexample.
Thereare10memoriessto
redintheunitwithvariouscombinationsofinputandcrossovermemories,
differentmemorylocationscontaindif f erentcombinationsofthetwomemorytypesavailable.Ifitisrequired

orageanderasureofmemoriesdoesnotfollowquitethesamerules,beingsimplerinits
operation.
SelectingInputandCrossoverduringaStorewillskipanymemoriesthathaveothercombinationsinthem.
