Description: Dene mapping between a DSCP (Differentiated-Services
Codepoint) value and an 802.1p priority. The mapping is used
to assign priority for IPv4 packets if a QoS classier uses
this DSCP policy as the method of trafc prioritization.
The mapping also provides the prole for inbound classication
and priority assignment based on an IPv4 packet's received
