Contact authorized dealers of this product. If they can’t supply original replacement part(s) call the number on the
front of this manual. When contacting customer services, have ready:
• Your name
• Your address
• Model and serial numbers of your heater
• How heater was malfunctioning
• Type of gas used (Propane/LP or Natural gas/NG)
• Purchase date
• Warranty card.
Usually, we will ask you to return the defective part to the factory.

When Gas Pressure Is Too Low
Pilot will not stay lit
Burner will have delayed ignition
Heater will not produce specied heat
When Gas Quality Is Bad
Pilot will not stay lit
Burner will produce ames and soot
Heater will backre when lit
You may feel your gas pressure is too low or the gas quality is poor. If so, contact your local natural gas or pro-
pane/LP gas supplier.
