3. Screw the Cam Dowels (AA) into the Left Side Panel (C)
and Right Side Panel (D).Insert Cam Locks (BB) into the
Base (E). Attach the Base (E) into assembled frame (C, D)
by tightening the Cam Locks (BB) as shown in Fig 3.

4. Fasten the wooden support brackets attached to the
Left Side Panel (C) and the Right Side Panel (D) to the
Top (A) and the Base (E) with ST4 Screw 1-9/16 in. (II) as
shown in Fig 4.
