Greenspire Global, Inc. represents that this product is a minimum risk pest control product and qualifies for

exemption from the EPA registration under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act Reg 40

CFR 152.25 (FIFRA 25b). This product is subject to certain labeling requirements under various state pesticide

laws. These requirements differ from the classification criteria and hazard information required for safety data

sheets, and for workplace labels of non-pesticide chemicals. The following is the hazard information as

required on the pesticide label:

This SDS dated May 6, 2022 cancels and replaces any other MSDS or SDS with regard to Procidic

RTU.
