InstructionsforFixtureMountingandCordConnection:
1.Thelightfixturewithcordispre‐wiredatthefactoryfor120‐voltoperation.
2.Securefixtureindesiredlocationbyplacingself‐lockinghookaroundeyebolt,chain,cableor
othersuitablemount.OVERHEADHAZARD‐ MAKESUREFIXTUREISSECURE.
3.Withlamp,safetycageandbottomguardinplace,connectfixtureto120V electricalserviceusingthe
powercordsupplied.DONOTCONNECTfixturetopowersourcewithsafetycage,lamporbottom
guardmissing.
4.Useonly3‐wireextensioncordsoftheappropriatetype,lengthandgaugeforthespecific
circumstancesandmakesureallcordsandplugsareingoodcondition.
5.Makesureallelectricalconnectionsaresecure.Keepcords securewithcabletiesorotherappropriate
means.
InstructionsforRewiringtheFixturetoaPowerSupplyOtherthan120Volts:
1.Thelightfixturewithcordispre‐wiredatthefactoryfor120‐voltoperation.
2.DISCONNECTFIXTUREFROMPOWERSOURCE.Removethesafetycage,lampandbottomguard.
3.Locatetheaccessplatewithtwo(2)knock‐outsononesideofthefixturehousing.Removethetwo(2)
screwsthatholdtheaccessplatetothehousing.
4.Disconnectandremovethefactory‐suppliedpowercord.DONOTUSEthepowercordatanyvoltages
otherthan120voltsAC.
5.Removeoneofthe3/4” knock‐outsintheaccessplateandroutethenewincomingpowercord(user‐supplied)
throughtheknock‐outhole.
6.Useastrain‐reliefbushingorconduitfitting(user‐supplied)tosecureandprotectthenewpowercord.
7.Identifytheappropriateleadforthedesiredelectricalservice(208V,240Vor277V)andremovecapfrom
thislead.Makeallnecessaryconnectionsandcapoffanyunusedleads.
8.Re‐attachtheaccessplatetothehousing.
9.Installthesafetycage,lampandbottomguardaccordingtoinstructions.
10.Mountfixtureandconnecttoappropriateelectricalsource.
