Victor Cart Setup  Open all the 4 locks of Trolley to take out all the parts, as shown in image.  Unlock 4 Pneumatic Wheels and slide onto Trolley’s Bottom Shelf, as shown in image.  After sliding the wheels, lock them with the knob on top. NOTE: To keep the dolly in static position, lock the wheels by pushing down the lever.  Now insert all the 4 Rods into 4 corners of Bottom Shelf. Tighten the knobs properly to secure them.

 Insert the crossbar and secure with provided knob.  Insert the handle onto the rods, Set the desired height position as shown in image.
