PREPARATION
BeforeassemblingyourCreeper,makesureallpartsare
present.Ifanypartismissingordamaged,donotattemptto
assembleorusetheproduct.ContactPro-LiftLiftcustomer
serviceforreplacementparts.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.WorkingfromtheundersideoftheBase,alignaSwivel
CasterwithoneofthesixpairsofholesontheBase.
2.Placeabushingineachhole,theninserttwoCarriage
BoltsthroughtheCaster,theBushingandtheBasefrom
underneath.
3.SecureinplacewiththeWashersandLockNuts.
4.RepeatforeachoftheotherSwivelCasters.
5.CheckthatalltheLockNutsaresecurelytightened.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1.PositionthePlasticCreeperonthegroundnearthearea
ofintendedwork.
2.Sitslowlyontheendofthecreeper,avoidshockloading
theproduct.
3.Laybackandrestyourheadontheprovidedheadrest.
4.Usingyoufeetpositionyourselfinordertopreformin-
tendedwork.
