Dear music lover, thank you for purchasing a PRO-JECT AUDIO CD Box. In order to achieve maximum performance and reliability you should study these instructions for use carefully. ! Warning of a hazard for the user, the unit or possible misuse. Important notice. Help to protect the environment If you are not going to use the player for an extended period of time, e.g. vacation, we suggest to disconnect it from the AC mains.
Remote control ON/OFF Standby +10 STOP 1 ON/OFF turns the unit on or back into standby Volume control 0_ VOL- 0 VOL+ VOL 1 2 3 Stop 5 4 or STOP 6 0 VOL + adjusts the sound volume of your Pro-Ject Audio amplifier stops playback Play / Pause 7 9 8 8 starts and pauses playback Selecting tracks 1 - 9 +10 and accesses a specific track directly and start playback. +10 and For example, to play track 19, press 9 +10 . Front panel controls CD Box A B C D To switch on from standby or to standby A short press of the button C switches the player to its fully operational status. To return to standby, press C for more than three seconds. The display shows STANDBY when the unit is in standby. To switch to standby, playback must be stopped. Inserting and ejecting a disc Switch the unit on from standby. Insert the disc into the slot, with the label side facing upwards.
Replacing batteries Proceed as follows: • • Unlock and slide open the battery case cover Replace the battery. Make sure the battery is the right way round ! • Close the battery case cover Battery type: 1 x CR2032 / 3V or 1 x CR2025 / 3V Do not dispose the batteries as ordinary domestic refuse. Please dispose your exhausted batteries at the appropriate collection sites - usually located at supermarkets and drugstores.
