• Internal standardization upon UTC time to resolve current and to avoid future issues

with the mobile apps dealing with Daylight Savings Time and time zones

• The video drawing code has been enhanced to allow for smoother drawing of live video

when the framerate restriction is disabled on the Options/Software page

• Allows the mobile apps to playback video at up to 64x speed
