STEP 1 A X 28 B X8 1.Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assembly the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch 2.Securely screw Cam Bolt (A) into the base (1), fixed shelf (9) and top (13). 3.Use Cam Lock (B) to assemble the side panels (2) and partition (3).
STEP 2 E X4 C X2 4.Insert side back (4) into the slot as shown. 5.Insert Wood Dowels (E) into the hole of base (1) as shown, then attach the verticals (5). 6.Connect the rail (8) to the verticals (5) by the Bolts (C).
STEP 3 D J X9 F X2 E X4 B X8 X1 7.Fixed two Magnets (F) and Angle Bracket (J) to the back side of fixed shelf (9) by the Screws (D). 8.Insert the Wood Dowels (E) into the verticals (5), then use eight Cam Lock (B) to attach the fixed shelf (9).
STEP 4 B X6 D X1 9.Use Screw (D) to fix the Angle Bracket (J) to the Rail (8). 10.Use Cam Locks (B) to assemble the upper sides (10) and partition (11). 11.Insert middle back (12) into the slot as shown.
STEP 5 B X6 H X8 12.Attach top (13) with eight Cam Locks (B). 13.Insert the self supports (H) into the desired holes in the sides of the side compartments. Make sure you place the 4 Shelf Supports in the same level so the shelf is not titled. Tilt and rest the adjustable shelves (15) onto the Shelf Supports (H).
STEP 6 D X2 F X2 G X4 14.Press the Fixed Shaw (G) into the short edge of the left door (6) and right door (7). 15.Fix the Metal Bracket (F) to the doors (6) & (7) by the Screws (D). 16. Put the doors (6) & (7) into the holes of the assembled mantel.
STEP 7 G X8 17.Press the Fixed Shaw (G) into the long edge of the sliding doors (14). 18. Put the sliding doors (14) in the grooves. Make sure each sliding door insert different grooves.
STEP 8 D X8 K X8 19.Fix the Angle Supports (K) to the back as shown by Screws (D).
STEP 9 19. Unpack the fireplace insert from firebox box, lift the fireplace insert carefully in the front of the assembled mantel and center it in the opening. DO NOT drag the insert across the Base as it may scratch the unit.
Maximum Load This unit has been designed to support the maximum loads shown. Exceeding these load limits could cause sagging, instability, collapse, and serious injury.
Maintenance To clean and care for your furniture: Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting. Use of furniture polishes is not necessary. Should you choose to use polishes, test first in an inconspicuous area. Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage the finish. Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish. Always use coasters under beverage glasses and flowerpots Liquid spills should be removed immediately.
