21Operator’ s Guide
 Cut the ribbon anywhere between the
take-up hub and the printhead.
 Rotate the printhead latch
counterclockwise to raise the printhead,
and then lower the hinge plate.
 While holding the ribbon take-up hub,
rotate the J-hook clockwise to unlatch it.
