Keep a firm hold of the beaker, bowl or saucepan handle as you blend. When you use the Turbo speed button (3), the appliance operates at maximum speed. In this case, you can’t adjust the speed with the speed control dial (1). For maximum blending power, press and hold the Turbo button (3). Make a rotating, up and down motion to obtain even blending of the food.
