Please review your entire unit and be sure that you have the following:
Four cables connected to the Elite Unit
2. Printer control cable running from the rear of the Elite to your CD printer.

Three cables connected to the printer
1. Printer control cable from your Elite unit
2. USB printer cable that will plug into your PC
3. Power cable from a standard wall outlet.
Two cables connected to your PC
1. FireWire® cable running a recorder of the Elite unit.
2. USB printer cable that is NOT yet plugged into your PC from the CD printer.
3. Serial cable running to the serial port on the rear of the Elite.
