Battery Replacement (EL-2640)
When the battery is low, the EL-2640’s LED flashes
during transmission.
To replace the battery:
1. Remove the battery cover located at the rear of
the unit. To do so, press the release tab using a
small screwdriver and lift the cover away from
the EL-2640’s plastic housing.
2. Observing correct polarity, replace the
battery (9V, alkaline).
3. Replace the battery cover making sure that
it clicks shut.
