Installation Guide
1) Clean the area to be mounted with alcohol to remove any soap scum.
2) Using a mildew resistant silicone caulk as the adhesive on the bottom of the splash guard, position the
splash guard onto the tub. The guards have a completely flat bottom surface which makes your
initial caulking easy to set into place. You should give it a little time to set up.
3) After allowing some time for the caulk to set up, caulk completely around the splash guard to keep any
water from running under or past it. Use your finger or caulking tool to spread the caulk into the joints
between the splash guard and wall.
4) Not all tubs are completely flat. Therefore, after the initial setting of the guard and waiting for it to
set, caulking becomes very important when it comes to filling in the gaps that may appear between the
surface of the tub or wall and the guard.
