J 4596 Installation Instructions

1. Remove old door stop

2. Determine location of mount at bottom of wall, usually mounted over baseboard.

3. Hold stop in place while testing door will hit the stop where installation is desired, adjust

accordingly.

4. Mark holes with pencil.

5. Pre-drill holes with bit of smaller diameter than screws, or indent center of hole area with

scratch awl.

6. Install screws.

7. Door should stop prior to knob hardware coming in contact wall, when installed correctly.
