4-PANEL ONLY- Install aligners on rear of door using flat head screws.
Adjust in or out until doors are aligned with each other. Tighten screws.
Locate knobs approximately 36" from floor
centered in leading door panel(s).
Drill 7/64" hole(s) and attach knob(s).
LEADING DOORS
Drill 3/32" Pilot holes for 3/4" flat head screws.

Install bottom pivot bracket so center line of bracket is aligned with center
line of track. Bracket must rest firmly on the floor, or on wood block if
additional clearance is required for carpeting.
Guide top pivot into top pivot bracket hole of track assembly. Lift door and
place bottom pivot into bottom pivot bracket. Depress pivot guide and insert
into track.
VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT- Lift door and adjust bottom pivot until top
clearance with track is minimal. Adjust pivot hole to provide proper
clearance on jamb.
HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT- To move top pivot, remove panel(s), loosen
screw and adjust as needed.

Mount track using 1" flat head screws so face of door is flush with or
slightly recessed from opening face. If needed, cut track to

/8" less than
finished opening.

Install top pivot(s), guide(s) and bottom pivot(s) by drilling 3/8"
diameter holes, 2" deep,as shown. Install hinges on edge of panels,
centering third hinge.
TOP PIVOT - Can be centered 3/8", 7/8", 1", 1-1/8" or 1-1/4" from edge.
TOP GUIDE - Can be centered 3/8", 7/8", 1", 1-1/8"
or 1-1/4" from edge.

STEP 1

PASO 3
Fije un soporte para el pivote inferior sobre la jamba de la apertura
acabada, de tal manera que el centro del soporte esté bien alineado al
centro del riel. El soporte debe estar firmemente fijado al suelo o sobre un
bloque de madera, si un espacio adicional es necesario para despejar la
puerta de la alfombra.

Taladre orificios de 2 mm para los tornillos con cabeza plana de 32 mm.
Taladre orificios de 2 mm para los tornillos con
cabeza plana de 19 mm.
PASO 4
AJUSTE VERTICAL - Levante la puerta y ajuste el pivote inferior, hasta
que el espacio superior cerca del riel sea mínimo. Ajuste el orificio del
pivote para asegurar un espacio suficiente cerca de la jamba.
AJUSTE HORIZONTAL - Para poder mover el pivote superior, quite el o
los paneles, afloje el tornillo y ajustelos como se necesita.

PASO 5
Guía el pivote superior dentro del orificio del soporte para el pivote
superior del ensamble del riel. Levante la puerta e instale el pivote inferior
dentro del soporte para el pivote inferior. Empuje sobre la guía para
ruedecillas e insertela dentro del riel.

PASO 6
SOLAMENTE PARA UNIDADES CON 4 PANELES
- Instale las piezas
para alinear las puertas, utilizando tornillos con cabeza plana. Alineelas
hacia el interior o hacia el exterior, hasta que las puertas estén alineadas
entre ellas. Apriete los tornillos.

PASO 7
Instale los botones para las puertas a 91 cm
aproximadamente del suelo, centrandolos
sobre el o los paneles centrales de la puerta.
Taladre orificios de 3 mm y fije los botones
para las puertas.
