In the Restore Factory Settings section, you have the following options:
•
System Only: Changes all administrative settings back to their default values,
returns the administrator password to none, and renames the drive to
MyPassport. Your content remains intact.
•
System and Disk: Reverts all settings to their factory default values and
deletes data on the drive. You need to reload all of your data after this type of
restore.

When the restore is complete, the Reconnect to Network screen displays.
4.
When the restore is complete, the Reconnect screen displays.
5.
Follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect your drive.
