MY PASSPORT WIRELESS

A message warns that in Home Network mode, the My Passport Wireless drive is
only accessible from your home Wi-Fi network. The direct connection turns off until
you take the drive away from your home Wi-Fi network or you reset the drive.
6. Click OK. The Network Connection Changed screen indicates that the My Passport
Wireless drive is connected to your home Wi-Fi network.
7. If not already connected, connect your computer to your home Wi-Fi network. After you
join your computer with your home Wi-Fi network, you have access to the media on
your My Passport Wireless drive as well as Internet access (provided your home Wi-Fi
network has Internet connectivity). Other devices that connect to your home Wi-Fi
network or to your drive have the same kind of access.
8. To display the dashboard, click the appropriate link:

For Windows PC: http://mypassport

For Mac: http://mypassport.local
Removing a Remembered Connection
To remove your current connection WHY WOULD YOU? DIFFERENT FROM
DISCONNECT?
1. Click the Wi-Fi icon to display the Wi-Fi page showing the current connection type.
