Q1: Where is the agency label? How to open the battery cover?
The agency label is located inside the battery cover. The battery is not replaceable. If user has battery
related issue, please contact HP.
1. Rotate the product as shown in the picture below.
2. Pull out the battery cover.
3. The agency label is inside of the product
