Welcome to Pridiom® Focused on indoor comfort, Pridiom® was founded with the philosophy of providing the industry with the best value in cooling, heating and more, without compromising quality, performance or ease of installation. From our base in the USA we have grown from single zone mini-splits to the latest advanced inverter technology and state of the art multi-zone ductless systems. Most recently we have added our high capacity, heavy duty line of dehumidifiers.
Our Products We prefer to offer a focused selection of products that we are experts in. This focus allows us to be the best in the industry. We offer two product lines: ductless mini-splits as well as heavy duty and commercial dehumidifiers.
Single Zone Systems Single zone ductless mini-split heat pumps are considered to be the most energy efficient method for heating and cooling an area. Forcing air through a duct can create up to 30% energy loss. Ductless mini-split systems operate by using two major components. The first is the outdoor unit, also known as a condenser. The second is the indoor unit, also known as the evaporator, which is the unit that handles and circulates the indoor air.
Landmark Series The Landmark series is a straight forward system in which the compressor runs at a constant speed and shuts down when the desired temperature is reached. These basic refrigeration systems have been the back bone of the industry since the early days of air conditioning. The Landmark Series is not suitable for applications in which outdoor temperatures have extreme highs or lows and is limited in its energy efficiency.

Multi-Zone Series Traditionally ductless systems were primarily single zone - one condenser and one evaporator. Our line of multi-zone ductless technology now allows for a single condenser to provide heating or cooling to multiple evaporators. Due to the fact that there is one compressor, the evaporators must all be operating in the same mode, i.e. they all must be in heating or cooling mode. The range of our versatile multi-zone systems is now wider than ever.

Multi-Zone Evaporators High Wall PWM093HX, PWM123HX, PWM183HX High wall evaporators are installed, as the name suggests, high on an interior wall. The unit is installed approximately eight inches from the ceiling. Features include outstanding air throw and circulation, a high level of comfort, and extremely easy installation. Our high wall evaporators have a black mirror finish that results in a sophisticated appearance. Accessory panels are also available to change the color if desired.

Dehumidifiers–High Capacity/Heavy Duty PGD1080HCW With the functionality of a commercial grade dehumidifier and the sleek looks of a residential grade dehumidifier, PGD1080HCW is at the top of its class. The unit is perfect for basements, crawl spaces, restaurants, bars, garages, indoor swimming areas, and more. Dehumidification levels are set with a digital humidistat. Water created during the process flows out into a fixed tank and then is pumped out safely.
Dehumidifiers–Stand Alone/Ducted PGD312IND The PGD312IND is an extremely high capacity dehumidifier that can be placed in a single location and used to treat just that area or with its optional ducting kit, can be ducted to multiple spaces. This system is powerful enough to handle high-humidity areas such as indoor swimming pools, food preparation areas, laboratories, museums, libraries and more.
Dehumidifiers–Desiccant Heavy Duty PGD72DES and PGD97DES Dehumidification is possible through two basic principles: condensation with refrigeration style dehumidifiers, and absorption with desiccant dehumidifiers. Since desiccant dehumidifiers do not produce water, they work effectively at very low temperatures. Desiccant dehumidifiers perform exceptionally well when used in cooler climates or in areas with low dew-points.

Warranty Pridiom® offers an exceptional and hassle free warranty. All Pridiom® systems must be shipped and handled by Pridiom® or our distribution network. Any shipping or handling done in any other method will void the warranty. All Pridiom® systems must be installed and serviced by a licensed HVAC Contractor according to installation instructions, applicable laws and ordinances. This installation and service includes, but not limited to, all electrical, refrigeration and mechanical work.
