Power Base Disassembly

The Quantum Dynamo 1107 power base disassembles into six parts for easy transportation and storage. See figure 12.

To disassemble your power chair:

1. Turn off the power to the controller.

2. Disconnect the controller. See figure 6.

3. Remove the seat.

4. Press the foot platform release button and lift off the foot platform. See figure 12. See figures 19 and 20 for leg rest

removal.

5. Flip down the battery box latches on each side of the power base. See figure 13.

6. Slide the battery boxes back and off of the power base.

7. Flip up the center section latch. See figure 13.

8. Rotate the center section forward.

9. Grab a side section, and lift it up and off of the center section.

10. Grab the other side section, and lift it up and off of the center section.

NOTE: Perform the disassembly steps in reverse order to assemble the power chair.

NOTE: During assembly, make sure the battery box latches are in the up (locked) position and the center

section latch is in the down (locked) position.
