PROFEX WHEELCHAIR PILLOW POSITIONER
Combines dignity with safety and comfort. Thick, vinyl covered LapBuddy
®
slip
under and around wheelchair arms to help position patient in an upright position
while providing a resting place for hands and arms. Available for traditional or desk
arm wheelchairs. Padded leg rest slips behind patient‘s calves to assist in comfort and
position. Foot pad with attached leg rest gives added height and greater comfort to
traditional foot rests; available in 1"-4" thickness (please specify when ordering).
Available in buckskin, adobe white, camel, blush, rose, soft peach, seafoam,
bordeaux, colonial blue, parchment and pearl.

SLIDE-GUARD CUSHION
An alternative to restraints for patients who slide down in the wheelchair. Pommel acts
as abductor. Pressure-relieving gel flotation evenly distributes patient’s weight. The
temperature-reducing gel lessens heat build-up and perspiration to keep tissue damaging
moisture to a minimum. Available in firm or soft foundations. Firm is for the patient
whose spine and posture may require the elimination of wheelchair “center sag”. Firm
foundation cushions have hardwood inserts to prevent hammock effect. 16" x 18".
