Proper use of the Win
e Cooler
Bottles arrangement
Pay attention when arranging:
Do not let the bottles touch the cabinet liner’s back in order to maintain good air circulation in the cooler.
The actual bottles distances may be different for bottles with different shape and size.
The bottle storage capacity in the wine cabinet is based on the following marked bottle size. Oversized bottles may
have an impact on the number of bottles
stored in the wine cabinet.
Φ30mm
Φ75mm
215mm
300mm
Use of temperature zones in the cooler
Due to different temperature zones generated due to air circulation in the coolerthe upper area's
temperature is the highest while the lower area has the lowest temperature.
Arrangement of beverages
Different beverages can be stored from top to bottom as follow
s:
Strong red wine
Rose and mild red wine
White wine
Champagne and spritzer
We suggest to pour wine in temperatures below serving temp, as the wine would warm up quickly when
pouring into a tumbler.
Practical skills for wine storage
Do not store bottled wine by box or case in the refrigerator.
The cork of the bottle shall always be moistened when putting into the cooler. Air space is not allowed between wine and cork.
The open-type bottle shelf is helpful, as it does not cut off air circulation. The air moisture that condensed on the bottle can be dried out swiftly.
The wine shall be allowed to rest before drinking: Place rose or red wine onto the table 2-5 hours before drinking and red wine 4-5 hours, so they can reach
suitable serving temp. White wine, on the contrary, can be served right on the table. Champagne shall always be stored in cooler and taken out only before
drinking.
Please notice that wine's temperature is always lower than ideal serving temp, as the temperature will immediately rise 1 to2
o
C when pouring into a
tumbler.
