Installation Guide

Shut off water supply. Verify that the hole
sizes and positions in the wall are corrected.
A. Shower and/or spout outlet hole: 1-1/4"
diameter.
B. Cut or leave a 1-3/8" to 2" diameter hole
(Recommended 1-3/4") for the cold water
inlet side (the right side) and for the hot
water inlet side (the left side).
The center to center distance between the
cold water inlet and hot is 8".

INSTALLATION STEPS: Three handle tub & shower faucet
Cleaning:
To maintain and protect the fine luster of all products, clean with a soft, damp cloth
only. DO NOT USE detergents or cleansers as they may harm the protective finish.
Plumber's putty

INSTALLATION
SHOWER HEAD INSTALLATION
Insert the long end of the shower arm
(1) through the flange (2) then apply
PTFE plumber's tape or thread sealant
to both ends of shower arm. Screw
long end of shower arm into pipe elbow
inside the wall. The flange should fit
snug to the finished wall surface.
Thread shower head (3) onto shower
arm.

FOR TUB SPOUT INSTALLATION
Install tub spout (1). Thread spout onto
threaded connection clockwise until the
spout becomes flush with the finished wall.
Thread sealant may be required depending
on your installation method. All thread
sealants maybe found at your local
hardware store.
HANDLE INSTALLATION
Before proceeding close valves.
Position flange (1) on valve. Attach the
inverter (2) onto stem (6), place handle
assemble (3) onto inverter and secure
with screw (4). Attach screw cap (5).

SUPPLY CONNECTION LAYOUT
When attaching threaded fittings, use
thread sealant or PTFE plumber's tape
according to manufacturer's instructions.
Thread 1/2" IPS waterline (1) into
Tailpieces (2). Assemble tailpieces into
valve body (3). Wrench tighten.
PRESSURE TESTING THE VALVES
Use a 1/2" IPS plug (3) (not included)
on both the shower outlet (4) and tub
outlet (2). Rotate hot and cold valve
stems (1) to full on position and check
all connections for leaks. Rotate hot
and cold valve stems (1) to off position
and look for leaks from the outlets.
FLUSHING
Turn on hot and cold water supply lines
allowing water to flow from tub spout outlet
(1) until all foreign matter has cleared the
line.
Connect shower (1) and tub outlet pipes (2)
to valve body (3). Connect pipe elbows (4)
(not included) to the ends of both pipes.
Securely fastened to framing or other solid
support.
