Durable, stable, and impact
absorbing. Made of 100% foam
core, these specially designed
plyo boxes have an extra-large
30" x 36" landing surface and
will not break down or soften
over time. Three 2" Velcro strips
prevent boxes from slipping apart
when stacked during use.

your usable strength into a fast-twitch fibre
response by a rapid range-of-motion contraction.
