WARRANTY STATEMENT
Items manufactured by Precision Products, Inc. (“Precision”) are warranted free from
defects in material and workmanship. Precision makes no warranties of fitness for
particular purpose. Precision’s liability under this warranty is limited, at Precision’s
option, to the purchase price or replacement of items accepted as defective by Precision.
Prior written approval must be obtained from Precision before any item may be returned
for evaluation of defect. Precision will not be liable for incidental or consequential
damages resulting from the use of its products or arising out of any defects in materials
and/or workmanship. No claims for credit or replacement under this warranty will be
accepted after one year from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the purchaser’s proof
of purchase. No credit, replacement or claim will be allowed by Precision on items
which have been damaged or are defective as a result of alteration or improper care, use
or handling of the item by purchaser.
