OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
Read this User Manual before operating the POC.
The POC shall be used by an adult or supervised by an adult when being used
by a child.
Additional monitoring or attention may be required for patients using this POC
who are unable to hear or see alarms or communicate discomfort.
The Setting Knob does not rotate 360°. Rotating the knob less than the “OFF
(
) position” or over “setting 3” will damage the Concentrator. (Dial version only)
CAUTION
ALWAYS confi rm prescribed dose before administering to patient and monitor
on a frequent basis.
For Proper Oxygen Flow, be sure that cannula is not kinked or obstructed
before or during use.
DO NOT use humidifi er bottles with the POC.
DO NOT use pediatric, low fl ow nasal cannulas or oxygen masks with the POC.
