Amber Caution - Prompt response by the OPERATOR is required
Red Warning - Immediate response by the OPERATOR is required

1. Verify the cannula is not kinked
2. Verify the cannula is properly
connected to oxygen outlet
3. Verify the cannula is properly

2. If alarm persists, change to alternate

1. Select the “OFF” position
2. Select the prescribed setting

1. Ensure the Cannula and/or Outlet are

2. Select the “OFF” position and wait for
at least 15 seconds.

Equipment Provider.
