4 Configuring the Serial Port
Settings
The Serial Port Settings sub-menu allows you to choose the protocol for communi-
cating with the remote server.
To configure or change the Serial Port Settings choose Serial Port from the Device
Settings
menu.
The
Serial Port Settings sub-menu appears on the right side of the Configuration
screen, an example of which is shown below.
NOTE: Once you choose a protocol, different options appear in the sub-menu. Set the
Protocol option first.
NOTE: Remember to save your changes by typing "*" to exit configuration!
