8.2 Cleaning the air filter
To access the catalyc converter, remove the baking stone, the rack, and the
boom jet-plate from the oven. Then remove the catalyst through a vercal
movement upwards, as shown in the following image.
Soak the catalyc converter in warm water with neutral detergent. Aer 15
minutes, rinse it thoroughly and put the catalyc converter back in the oven.
8.3 Cleaning the stone.
The stone should be cleaned with a cloth, sponge, a towel.
Note: DO NOT immerse the stone in water and don't use water to clean the
stone. If the stone is wet, let it dry completely before using it again.
